Taking into consideration common issues encountered with existing equipment, the HS400 Roller Bed Hoist has been designed to be in constant synchronization (with respect to the hoisting columns), provide trouble free simple operation and have a design life of 20 years before a major overhaul is required.
The standard warranty for this unit is 10 years conditional on annual maintenance (for the mechanical drive system) with all other components covered unconditionally for 3 years.In our opinion the HS400 Roller Bed Hoist is simply the best designed, most reliable, toughest and most efficient mobile hoist ever brought to market and will provide many years of trouble free operation. It will likely outlast the vehicle it’s installed in (hoists can be retrofitted to other vehicles relatively simply)! It can even be used manually in case of vehicle power failure!
HS400 ROLLER BED HOISTS
The roller bed above has been designed to comply with Australian standard 1418.1 Cranes including hoists and winches General (all relevant parts) as described in AS 2549 Cranes including hoist and winches Glossary. All hoists in Australia (including mobile versions) should be designed in compliance with AS 1418 as the use of non-compliant equipment can lead to harsh penalties from WorkSafe if an incident was to occur. All employers have an obligation under the OHS act to provide a safe workplace for their employees and the use of non-compliant equipment is actively discouraged by WorkSafe. A simple check of your existing equipment (if you currently have something similar) will answer the question of compliance as it’s a requirement that there is an identification plate affixed to a permanent part of the machine with the hoist classification, load rating & manufacturer’s contact details.
